Welcome to FullFix Auto LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online appointment system, estimates, inspections, automotive repair services, maintenance services, communications, and any other products or services offered by FullFix Auto LLC.
By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, requesting an estimate, authorizing repairs, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
- Company refers to FullFix Auto LLC.
- Customer means any individual or business requesting services.
- Vehicle means any automobile, truck, SUV, van, commercial vehicle, trailer, or motor vehicle presented for service.
- Services include diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, repairs, installations, consultations, and related automotive work.
- Website refers to www.fullfixauto.com and any associated pages.
- Estimate means a preliminary estimate of anticipated repair costs and does not constitute a fixed-price agreement unless expressly stated in writing.
2. Acceptance of Services
By requesting services from FullFix Auto LLC, the Customer authorizes the Company to inspect, diagnose, move, road test, and repair the vehicle as reasonably necessary to complete the requested services.
The Customer confirms that they are the owner of the vehicle or have full legal authority to authorize services on behalf of the owner.
3. Estimates
All estimates are based upon visible conditions and currently known information.
Additional problems may be discovered during disassembly or diagnosis.
Should additional repairs become necessary, FullFix Auto LLC will make reasonable efforts to obtain customer approval before performing additional work whenever practical.
Estimates are not guarantees of final cost.
4. Diagnostics & Vehicle Inspections
Vehicle inspections and diagnostics require professional labor, equipment, technical expertise, and time.
Although FullFix Auto LLC may occasionally provide complimentary inspections as part of promotional campaigns, customer appreciation events, or marketing initiatives, the Company reserves the right to:
- Charge diagnostic or inspection fees at any time.
- Modify or discontinue complimentary inspections without notice.
- Limit promotional inspections.
- Require payment before performing diagnostic procedures.
Any inspection performed represents only the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection and does not guarantee future performance or identify every existing or future mechanical issue.
5. Repair Authorization
By approving an estimate or requesting service, the Customer authorizes FullFix Auto LLC to perform the agreed repairs.
Authorization may be provided:
- In writing
- Electronically
- By email
- By text message
- Through the online booking system
- Verbally when permitted by applicable law
6. Additional Repairs
If hidden damage, worn components, or additional failures are discovered after work begins, FullFix Auto LLC may recommend additional repairs.
No additional work requiring additional charges will be performed without customer approval whenever reasonably possible.
7. Replacement Parts
Repairs may utilize:
- Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts
- Aftermarket parts
- Reconditioned parts
- Used parts when approved
Availability of parts may affect repair timelines.
The Company cannot guarantee manufacturer availability or shipping times.
8. Customer-Supplied Parts
FullFix Auto LLC reserves the right to refuse installation of customer-supplied parts.
If customer-supplied parts are installed, no warranty is provided on those parts or any related labor unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Warranty
Warranty coverage, if provided, applies only to the specific repairs identified on the invoice.
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Abuse
- Neglect
- Improper maintenance
- Racing
- Commercial misuse
- Accidents
- Flood damage
- Fire damage
- Electrical failures unrelated to repaired components
- Customer-supplied parts
Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the manufacturer’s own policies.
10. Diagnostic Limitations
Certain vehicle failures cannot be identified without partial disassembly or extended testing.
Some intermittent problems may not be reproducible during inspection.
FullFix Auto LLC cannot guarantee that every issue will be discovered during a single diagnostic appointment.
11. Test Drives
The Customer authorizes FullFix Auto LLC to operate the vehicle on public roads whenever reasonably necessary to:
- Verify repairs
- Confirm customer complaints
- Diagnose vehicle conditions
- Perform quality control inspections
12. Vehicle Storage
Vehicles should be picked up promptly after notification that repairs have been completed.
Vehicles left on Company property beyond a reasonable period may become subject to storage fees where permitted by applicable law.
13. Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles not claimed after reasonable notice may be considered abandoned.
FullFix Auto LLC reserves all rights available under Georgia law regarding abandoned vehicles, mechanic’s liens, storage charges, and recovery of unpaid balances.
14. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Cash
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- Approved financing
- Other payment methods accepted by the Company
Failure to make payment may result in additional fees, collection efforts, mechanic’s liens, or legal action where permitted by law.
15. Chargebacks
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for legitimate services performed.
Improper chargebacks may result in collection actions, recovery of legal costs, attorney’s fees where permitted by law, and suspension of future services.
16. Personal Property
Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal belongings before leaving their vehicle.
FullFix Auto LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle.
17. Existing Vehicle Damage
The Company is not responsible for:
- Existing dents
- Paint damage
- Rust
- Corrosion
- Worn components
- Hidden defects
- Structural deterioration
- Previous repairs
- Manufacturer defects
Repair procedures may reveal previously hidden damage.
18. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments represent reserved service times.
Late arrivals, missed appointments, or cancellations may require rescheduling.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, staffing, weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.
19. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Upload malicious software.
- Interfere with website operation.
- Submit fraudulent information.
20. Intellectual Property

23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FullFix Auto LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Consequential damages
- Loss of income
- Loss of business
- Loss of vehicle use
- Towing expenses
- Rental vehicle expenses
- Delays caused by unavailable parts
- Manufacturer defects
- Acts of God
- Natural disasters
- Theft
- Vandalism
- Weather events
Total liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
24. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FullFix Auto LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Customer negligence
- Unauthorized vehicle modifications
- Misuse of repaired vehicles
- False information provided by the Customer
- Violations of these Terms
25. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action shall be brought in the appropriate courts located within the State of Georgia.
26. Changes to These Terms
FullFix Auto LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy and any signed repair authorization or invoice, constitute the complete agreement between the Customer and FullFix Auto LLC regarding the services provided.
